How long will I have access to this course?
Lifetime access from the date of enrollment. All lectures, PDF notes, and resources remain available indefinitely — you can revisit any module before your board or entry test exams at no extra charge.
Can I watch lectures on my mobile phone or tablet?
Yes. CEPI's platform is fully responsive across Android and iOS browsers. However, due to our single-device DRM policy, only one device can stream your account at a time. Switching primary devices requires a 24-hour cooldown period.
What is the single-device login policy and why does it exist?
To protect our instructors' content from piracy, each account is bound to one active device at a time. This prevents credentials from being shared or resold. If you need to switch your primary device permanently, contact our support team and we will reset your device binding within 48 hours.
Can I download the video lectures for offline viewing?
No. All videos are DRM-protected and streamed securely via Bunny.net. Downloads and screen recording are disabled to safeguard instructor content. You can however download PDF notes and resource files attached to each individual lecture.
Are the lectures live or pre-recorded? What if I fall behind?
All lectures are pre-recorded and entirely self-paced — there are no fixed schedules or mandatory live sessions. You can pause, rewind, and resume wherever you left off. Monthly live Q&A sessions with the instructor are announced separately for enrolled students and are optional.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the course?
Yes. A CEPI Certificate of Completion is issued digitally once you finish all modules and pass the end-of-course assessment with a minimum score of 70%. The certificate can be downloaded and shared directly from your student dashboard.
What is CEPI's refund policy?
A full refund is available within 3 days of enrollment if you have watched less than 20% of the course content. After this window — or after crossing the 20% watch threshold — no refund is issued. For payment disputes, reach us at support@cepi.edu.pk.
Can I interact with the instructor or other students?
